To scan a document to your university mailbox from an Konica Minolta Multifunction Device (MFD), follow the steps below.
1. Log in using your staff card;
2. Press the Exit button in the top left of the screen;
3. Press DocuPRO (on the screen);
4. Press Scan to me;
5. Press Scan to mail;
6. Press the Scan settings button to change settings if required;
7. Press the blue button to scan the document to your email address.
