How to Reset an Enrolment Profile on an iOS Device

If your iOS based device cannot enrol into the Microsoft Company Portal it might be because it has an old management profile that is conflicting.  The instructions below show how to remove this profile.

1) Open the Settings App

2) Tap General

3) Tap Device Management

4) Tap on Management Profile, University of Derby

Note: There might be other profiles in the list; these should be ignored.

5) Swipe to the bottom of this screen and tap Remove Management

6) Confirm removal of the profile

7) Close settings and go back to the Comp Portal App to re-enrol the iOS Device.  This guide demonstrates how to enrol using company portal if you need any assistance.
