On Windows 10 podium (AVS) PCs the default display scaling may be locked at 100% to ensure all screen content is visible on both the projector and monitor. The steps below will explain how to alter this display scaling so that you can enlarge or shrink screen content to suit your needs.
Please note, the steps below will require you to log off and back onto the PC. You'll only need to complete this once on each PC you want to change the scaling factor on.
|Save and close any open documents or programs that you are working on|
|Open the Windows 10 Settings app from the Start Menu|
|Click "Turn off custom scaling and sign out"
Note: Once clicked you will automatically be logged off the PC
|Log back into the computer|
|Open the Windows 10 Settings app from the Start Menu and click "System" again|
|Alter the display scaling settings as desired
Note: You may need to log off and back on before the display scaling fully applies
