How do I reset my password?



If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, follow these instructions:


1.       Go to

2.       Select Staff

3.       At the login page select Forgotten Your Password?

4.       Once into Password Manager, type your User ID

5.    Select the Forgot My Password link

6.   Enter the characters you see in the picture (if this screen shows)

7.       Enter the answers to your secret questions. These are case sensitive and must 

          be written exactly how they were set up

8.       Once the questions have been answered correctly, you can advance to the next

          page and set up a new password


Note: Ensure that you log out and back into Windows so your new password can be applied to all systems.


You can also reset your current password by selecting Change Password from the UDo homepage, then following the above steps from item 4.
