UDo Time-out Error

Problem:

You see a time-out error on your internet browser when you try to access UDo.

 

Solution:

Ensure you restart all instances your browser. If this does not fix the issue, clear your internet browsers cache by following the steps below.

 

  • In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options and click on the Delete button under Browsing History. Make sure Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are ticked.
  • In Firefox from Tools > Clear Recent History and make sure at least cookies and cache are ticked.
