You see a time-out error on your internet browser when you try to access UDo.
Ensure you restart all instances your browser. If this does not fix the issue, clear your internet browsers cache by following the steps below.
- In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options and click on the Delete button under Browsing History. Make sure Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are ticked.
- In Firefox from Tools > Clear Recent History and make sure at least cookies and cache are ticked.
