Multiple file upload ‘Upload Stopped' 

When a user tries to use the multiple file upload tool it may initial look like its working and have a progress bar showing the upload before finally getting the error ‘Upload stopped’

Where this happens please reset the java cache on the machine

  • Search for java in the start menu and select the Configure java option

  • Once the Java Control panel is open, click settings ->delete files and then ok

  • When this is done open your internet browser and try to upload files again
