When installing applications that include signed driver packages, the publishers of these drivers must be trusted:
During a silent installation this becomes a problem as this prompt will stop the installation while it waits for a response.
In your deployment script, you can to trust any driver publishers before executing the installer, then this dialog will not pop up during automatic installation.
First install your application normally, ticking 'Always trust software from publisher name' and installing any drivers.
You can find the newly added driver by going to the following directory and sorting by modified date:
Find the digitally signed file in the relevant driver folder and do:
Right click > properties > Digital Signatures > Details > View Certificate > Details > Copy to File.
Choose the 'DER encoded binary X.509' format for your exported certificate.
In your deployment script use the following command to add your exported certificate to the trusted store:
certutil -addstore "TrustedPublisher" exportedcert.cer
