How to forward a copy of an email to IT Services for Troubleshooting Purposes

To forward an email on to IT services so we can analyse for troubleshooting purposes or to block spam messages, please follow the steps below.

 

This process can only be used in the Outlook 2010 or 2013 clients.

 

1. Open the email in a 'pop out' window (double click it)

2. Select More > Forward as Attachment
