If your mobile is not taking calls and not receiving calls can you please restart the phone, if this does not work then can you please reseat the sim card.

The sim card is either located on the side of the phone or the back of the phone below the cover. If this does not resolve the issue then please call or e-mail the IT Service Centre on 01332 591234 or itservicecentre@derby.ac.uk stating your mobile number and the sim card number.
