Should there become an issue with a screen where the content has become stuck and appears unresponsive, you can remotely restart individual screens.
To do this, log onto Tripleplay here: https://tplay-prd-sm01/ - and click on the 'TripleCare' button (if you do not see any buttons, this means that you are not in a group that grants this permission to you).
In this section, click on 'Set Top Boxes' from the 'Client Management' drop down.
This will then show a list of all Set Top Boxes (Amino boxes) that are connected to the Tripleplay server.
To send a command, check the box next to the device that you wish to send a command to, and then click on the 'Select Command...' button. From here, you can choose the 'Reboot' action from the list and then click on the Submit button - this will then tell the box to reboot after a few seconds.
