If you are one of our Windows 10 pilot users and have noticed that your Documents folder appears empty; it will be a result of our new policy that has been put in place. Please be assured that your files have not been removed, but can be accessed by following these steps:
- Open "This PC" and navigate to the C: drive.
- Open the 'Users' folder
- Find your username in the list, and open the folder.
- You will find your 'Documents' folder in this list.
- Make sure you copy your files from here and then paste them back into your normal Documents folder (you can find this under 'Quick access' in the sidebar) so that they are available for future reference.
