Microsoft OneDrive allows you to synchronise data between devices and can be used to backup 1TB (1000GB) of data.
The app is already built into Windows 10 on university supplied computers; or can be accessed via the the Staff iD site by going to Me@Derby > Office 365 > OneDrive on non-university computers.
