If an email was deleted in error after running the Spam Purge tool, it can be restored by following the steps below.
1. Ask the member of staff to open the Outlook client, and select the Deleted Items folder;
2. Select the Recover Deleted Items from Server option on the ribbon at the top;
3. Find the deleted email in the list and select it, ensure the option to Restore Selected Items is selected;
4. Click Ok;
5. This will restore the email to the Deleted Items folder. The email can then be moved back to the required folder.
