If you have forgotten your voicemail pin, you will need to navigate to the online portal to reset it.

Please login with the same account you use to login to a University PC:
If you see the message below, please contact us on itservicecentre@derby.ac.uk
Once you have logged in, you should then see the page below. Please click on Messaging Assistance.
Once you have clicked on "Messaging Assistance", you should navigate to the page below. Please click on Change PIN as shown below.
One you have clicked on "Change Pin", you should see the page below. You can then set a new voicemail pin. You will not be able to use the last 5 pins you have used previously.
