Logging into the PC
Log into your PC or laptop with your normal staff login details.
Logging into Cisco Jabber
If your staff account is already signed in on a managed device
Go to your Start Menu and type in Software Centre
In the software Centre you should see the below Fix for Jabber:
Click into here and select install
Whilst it is installing the fix, you the page will look like the following:
when this fix is complete you will be greeted with the following message window:
This has now reset Jabber so that you may login with your Clearing login details (found here)
If Jabber has been reset or this is your first use
- Launch Jabber by searching or scrolling to Cisco Jabber in your Start Menu

Each computer / laptop has a specifically assigned number so please do not log on as your standard staff account on either the laptop or Jabber as you will not receive calls from the Clearing, Nursing or Enquiries Hotline. Sign-in with your assigned clearing details which can be found in your rota here: https://unimailderbyac.sharepoint.com/sites/Registry-Admissions/SitePages/Support-Staff.aspx
- When you have entered the correct details, click the Sign in button
