Problem: the message "Member does not have access rights for this zone" appears in Sentry Juno access gates (Kedleston Road library).
Solution:
top right of the Sentry Juno client, check a Zone has been chosen
The error can occur on new cards imported via the csv file on the server. To fix the issue for these cards
1. In Sentry Juno, search for the card number, click on Rights button. Add Rights to the record. Top right , change Group Name to Default and say OK to change.
2. Also, can delete the record in Juno, then when the card is scanned again it will pick up the details from Alma.
