Staff can follow the below guidance to setup a new password.

• Browse to https://passwordreset.derby.ac.uk
• Enter your username (this is in the format of XXXXXX@derby.ac.uk)
• Click Next
• Ensure that I've forgotten my password is selected and click Next
• Choose email and the click the email button
• A code will be sent to the personal email address we have been provided
• Retrieve the verification code from the email and enter this into the text box on screen

• Enter a new password
