About Teams Phone
Teams Phone is the University of Derby’s telephone system for staff and is accessed directly via your Microsoft Teams app, on both desktop and web.
Teams Phone allows all staff with a university landline number to make and receive internal and external telephone calls. Your telephone number is embedded directly within Microsoft Teams, and you can access all calling features via the Calls tab. Teams Phone is completely software based, so you don’t need any additional desk phone equipment. Log into Teams on your available devices for access to your calls on the move; available on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
This article provides you with lots of helpful guidance resources to help you to get the best out of your Teams Phone experience.
