Following the change of your account password on a WIFI connection or off site, the device log in password WILL NOT update.
This will need to be done by using a wired connection onsite, or using the VPN connection.
To update the password using the University VPN:
Log into the device with your old password
Connect to VPN with your new password - please see the following guide

NOTE: If the AnyConnect software is already installed, go to to step 6.
Once connected, press Control, Alt, Delete or the Windows key and L on your keyboard
Select Lock Device
Press the Enter key and type your New Password to unlock and log back into the device
