IMPORTANT - please ensure 'All time' or 'Everything' is selected when clearing history, otherwise the fix will not work.
This guide will take you through clearing your browser's cache and cookies on a desktop PC or Mac. To jump to your browser please use the links below:
Google Chrome (including mobile version)

1. Open up Google Chrome and in the top-right corner of the browser click on the button, and then choose History > History
2. On the left, click Chrome history
3. Ensure the Time range is set to All time (Note: this setting is important. If anything other than 'All time' is selected, the fix may not work) and that the following are checked:
- Browsing history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
4. Press the Delete data button and wait for Chrome to delete the requested data.
5. Once deleted, close the History tab and return to the intended tab and then refresh the web page by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
Microsoft Edge
1. Press the Settings button in the top right;
2. Click History;
3. Click the rubbish bin icon;
4. Ensure that All Time is selected in the Time range menu; (Note: this setting is important. If anything other than 'All time' is selected, the fix may not work)
5. Click on Clear now.
- Open up FireFox and in the top-right corner of the browser click on the
button,
- Select History
- Click Clear recent history...
- Ensure the drop-down list next to 'When' is set to Everything
5. Ensure the following are checked:
- Browsing & download history
- Cookies and site data

Temporary cached files and pages
The other options can be left unchecked
6. Click the Clear button and wait for FireFox to clear the requested data.
7. Close all dialogue boxes and go back to the web page you wish to view.
8. Refresh the page by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
