The Sennheiser Mobile Connect Hearing assistance system allows you to listen to audio from the classroom via an app on your phone or tablet

Tip: you need to be on the University Wifi to used this service

To use Hearing Assistance:

• Connect your mobile device to Eduroam wifi
• Download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app from the App Store on your device:

• Open the Sennheiser MobileConnect app and and use the Search option to scan the QR code for the room. The QR code can be found on display in the room

• The channel for the room will appear in the app ( see above). Click on it and when prompted enter the Room Pin for the session, this appears on the lectern control panel. The code changes each time the system starts or for each new session

Rooms:

Sennheiser mobile connect is available in B122, EC ground floor rooms, Superlab and the Cavendish Building. The QR code for each room is displayed in the room
