This guide is for Sennheise Mobile Connect Hearing assistance system, it is only available in certain rooms, see list at the bottom of this guide
Tip: you need to be on the University Wifi to used this service
To use Hearing Assistance:
- Connect your mobile device to Eduroam wifi
- Download the Sennheiser MobileConnect app from the App Store on your device:
- Open the Sennheiser MobileConnect app and and use the Search option to scan the QR code for the room. The QR code will be on the wall in the room, or is shown at the bottom of this guide
- The channel for the room will appear in the app ( see above). Click on it and when prompted enter the Room Pin for the session, this appears on the lectern control panel. The code changes each time the system starts
