Load the app and click on the Book + icon



Click the Continue Button to confirm you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy:

Select the Date(s) and Time Slot and Select Continue:



Select Site, Floor, Room and Zone:



The screen will show the Desk Layout in the room:



Select the Desk and then Select Continue:



Select the Confirm Button if you are happy to make the booking:
