From July 2026, the versions below may not be correct - your device must be running the latest version of all operating systems to be able to access company resources, as these are released frequently.
The table below details the minimum versions of each type of device (as of July 2026) that can be joined to our mobile management system.
For Android devices, they must also be running the latest Security Update available. Some mobile phone manufacturers may not release these until later in the year, so we are only able to suggest that Google Pixel and the latest Samsung devices will be supported in this case.

1 Enrolled devices are all those that belong to the university or those personal devices that the end-user has chosen to enrol fully into our management system using the Company Portal App (iOS / Android) or Workplace Join (Windows).
2 The minimum version of the Operating System that will be allowed to enrol or register with our management system to access University resources such as Microsoft 365 applications
3 Devices running this version of the Operating System will receive a warning when attempting to access protected resources but will still be able to continue once the message has been closed.
