Issue

When selecting the 'myprintcolour on pcut-prd-ss01.university.ds.derby.ac.uk' printer in the drop-down list of printers in Excel, the print will print out in black and white (mono).

Cause

The colour is set to 'Black' in the printer properties.

Solution

To resolve the issue please follow the steps below.

1. Ensure the 'myprintcolour on pcut-prd-ss01.university.ds.derby.ac.uk' printer is selected, then click Printer Properties;

2. In the Colour section, press the Reset button;

3. A warning message will appear, click OK;

4. The colour setting should now have reverted to 'Auto Colour';

5. Click OK to close the Printer properties options and try the print again.
