The password criteria are as follows:
- Minimum of 8 characters long, but no more than 16
- It can’t contain any of your given names (first, middle or surname)
- It can't contain your username (student or staff ID, or Uni email address)
- Include a combination of any 3 of the following:
- Lowercase letters
- Uppercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters* e.g.
@ # $ % ^ & * - _ ! + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , . ? / ` ~ “ ( )
*Please note, if you wish to access your virtual ID card or the Blackwell's voucher, please do not use a special character in your password.
