Facilities in this room are:
- Lectern PC
- Projector and 2 x Repeater Screens
- Link to FG302 can be set up ( see guide below)
- Laptop inputs: VGA and HDMI (you will need to bring your own HDMI cable)
- Audio system - PC and laptop sound
- DVD Player in PC - use VLC player software
- Panopto: PC, webcam & microphone can be captured
- Radio Mics: 1 x Lapel mic ** additional Radio mics must be booked in advance **

- Telephone to call IT Service Centre or Estates/Security: for urgent IT support dial 1234 and select Option2 ( after dialling press 'more' and 'Dialpad' to bring up the dialpad)
- Hard of Hearing Infrared loop : see guide here
Events: Please contact the IT Service Centre giving a minimum of two weeks’ notice if you wish to book any additional microphones or support for events in this room
Audio Visual Quick Start Instructions:
There is a control panel on the lectern that allows you to control the display system.
This room can be linked so that FG302 can here the audio/mics and see what the FG301 projector is displaying:
