Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) has been enabled on all staff accounts. When you use your account in a new location or on a different device, you maybe prompted to verify your identity. This will be sent to your default sign-in method and you will have a minute or two to approve the request. Don’t worry if you don’t respond straight away, you will be able to retry.
If your default verification method is not available, then select Sign in another way to choose another method.
If you do not have any methods to sign in, then you can either wait until you do, or you will need to contact the ITS Service Centre to setup your MFA from scratch, once we have verified your identity.
We strongly recommend having your office phone as a method of verification, so that you can update your details when you are next at work, for example if you change your mobile phone or mobile phone number.
