Procedure 

1. On your university-managed Mac, open "Self Service" from Applications. NOTE: If you do not see Self Service inside your Application list, please contact IT Service to get further assistance.

    2. From the list of applications click Install for Cisco AnyConnect – Managed Staff. 

    3. Click Install:

   4. The installation occurs in the background. Once complete the Install option will change to Re-install.

   5. Open Cisco Secure Client Application from the list of your installed applications, click the "Cisco" folder and then "Cisco Secure Client"

   6. Make sure UoD – Staff – Managed shows in the VPN field:
