Facilities in these rooms are:
- Large Display Screen
- Laptop locked to the table- the lockcodes are on this staff only page
- Solstice cast from your device to the screen without cables - see below
- Audio system - Sound bar will play audio from any device connected using Solstice
- Panopto: Webcam and mic are built into the laptop
- No installed Hard of Hearing Infrared loop : if required contact IT Services in advance to request a portable hearing loop
Laptop is connected to the screen via a HDMI cable - but you can unlock the laptop and then using the Solstice app to connect to the screen from anywhere in the room - please make sure laptop is locked when you leave the room.
