Your security details enable you to securely change your password, access your account and use multi-factor authentication ('MFA').
Important: You will need to know your password to log into the system to carry out this procedure. If you don't know your password or the system has your old phone number, please raise a request for support from the IT Service Centre so that we can verify your identity before removing the old number from the system for you.
You will need to update your phone number in the MFA system before you change your phone number or swap your SIM.
