Overview:
You can quickly find your device name using the Company Portal app on your University-managed Windows 11 device. This name is useful when logging support tickets.
Steps:
Open the Company Portal app from the Start menu (select the windows icon and then type in Company Portal).
On the Home page, look for the Your devices section.
The Device name will be displayed below the tag This Device and will begin with AP-, AS- or AR- as shown below in the red outlined box
