Accessing Shared folders

To request access to a shared folder please contact the owner of the folder and ask them to log a ticket with the IT Service Centre (https://itservicecentre.derby.ac.uk) to request that access be set up for you.

If you don’t know who owns the folder please log a ticket with the IT Service Centre (https://itservicecentre.derby.ac.uk) with the folder path in the following format:

S:\IT Services\Shared

We can then check who the owner is and seek approval that we can grant your account access.
