Facilities in this room are:

Lectern PC with a touch screen monitor
1 x Large Wall mounted Display Screens
Height Adjustable Lectern: use the button on front right of lectern to raise/lower the lectern
HDMI ( please bring your own HDMI cable)
USB-C input ( NB: this is to send image to the screen, not for charging your device. You will need your own cable)
Cast without cables to the screen : Use Windows & K from a Windows device to send image to the screen, or user the Mersive Solstice App, see guide here
Ceiling mounted auto-tracking camera can be captured on the PC or on a laptop
Audio system for PC and Laptop sound
Radio Microphones for lecture capture / Teams ( 1 x HandHeld & 1 x Wearable Microphone)
DVD Playback: use VLC Player on the PC
Hard of Hearing MobileConnect Assistance system: Download Sennheiser Mobile Connect App to your Andriod/IOS device ( NB: a university network log in will be needed to access this service, contact the Conference Office for details)
