Facilities in this room are:  

4 x Zones, each zone has:

• Lectern PC  
• Display screens
• Visualiser
• HDMI inputs for lecturer and student benches
• Cast without cables to the screen : Use Windows & K from a Windows device to send image to the screen, or user the Mersive Solstice App, see guide here
• Ceiling mounted camera can be captured on the lectern PC
• Audio system for PC and Laptop sound
• Radio Microphones for Voice Reinforcement & Teams / Panopto capture ( 1 x Wearable Microphone in each Zone)
• Hard of Hearing MobileConnect Assistance system: Download Sennheiser Mobile Connect App to your Andriod/IOS device ( NB: a university network log in will be needed to access this service, contact the Conference Office for details)

Zones can be used individually or can be linked together and controlled from any 1 of the lecture zone benches.

When zone link is in operation the radio microphones from all linked zones can be used.
