Facilities in this room are:  

• Lectern PC with  2 x monitors - log into PC and extended desktop will appear on RH monitor
• Right Hand monitor shows what has been share to the LED wall
• LED Wall 
• HDMI ( NB: please bring your own HDMI cable)
• USB-C input: for displaying on the screen, does not provide power to your device. Own cable required
• Panopto: PC, Microphones, Camera & Visualiser can be captured 
• Audio system 
• Gooseneck mic on lectern ( for Voice reinforcement and recording)
• Radio Mics ( 1 x HandHeld and 1 x Lapel mic) 
• DVD Playback: use VLC Player on the PC

• Telephone to call IT Service Centre or Estates/Security: for urgent IT support dial 1234 and select Option2 ( after dialling press 'more' and 'Dialpad' to bring up the dialpad)
