Facilities in this room are: 

• Lectern PC with single touch screen monitor 
• USB-C Input for laptop or other device, also allows charging of device ( up to 100W)

• Tracking camera for lecture capture and Teams/Conference calls
• Wireless microphones for lecture capture and Teams/Conference calls ( 1 x boundary & 1 x Wearable Microphone)  IMPORTANT: a microphone must be removed from the charging dock or no audio will be sent to Panopto. At the end of the session put microphones back in dock and make sure they click in place so that the charging light comes on
• Voice Reinforcement: the wearable microphone provides voicelift for the rear of the room ( NB the boundary microphone does not come out of the rear speakers, only the wearable microphone)
• Hard of Hearing MobileConnect Assistance system: Download Sennheiser Mobile Connect App to your Andriod/IOS device

PC Button will select the lectern PC

Cast will provide access to the AirMedia - connect the USB-C dongle to your laptop. The room camera and microphones will be sent to your device

USB-C allows connection of Laptops, charging (upto 100W) and access to the in-room cameras and microphones for Panopto and Teams etc.

Camera Control allows selection of fixed or tracking camera.

Display Mute Blanks main screen and any other repeater screens other than lectern monitor for privacy.
