Touch Panel Layout

PC Button will select the lectern PC

Visualiser Button selects the Document camera on the lectern

Cast will provide access to the AirMedia and Solstice POD if installed; instruction will appear on the monitor.

USB-C allows connection of Laptops and access to the in-room cameras and Mics for Panopto and Teams etc.

Camera Control allows selection of fixed or tracking camera as set out below, please take the time to visit the space to better understand the camera options.

Display Mute Blanks main screen and any other repeater screens other than lectern monitor for privacy.

Always use a wireless mic as no audio will be recorded in these rooms unless you do so. Simply lift the mic from the doc and place the lanyard around you neck for the lapel style, or place the mic on the table for the boundary style.
