Facilities in this room are: 

• Lectern PC with single touch screen monitor (if you have a stylus it can be used on the lectern monitor but not on the main screen, it would cause damage ) 
• Floor mounted confidence monitor 
• USB-C Input for laptop or other device, also allows charging of device ( up to 100W)

• Tracking camera for lecture capture and Teams/Conference calls
• Wireless microphones for lecture capture/Teams/Conference calls & voicelift ( 2 x handheld & 2 x Wearable Microphone)  IMPORTANT: At the end of the session put microphones back in dock and make sure they click in place so that the charging light comes on 
• A Ceiling microphone for lecture capture and Teams/Conference calls
• Catchbox throwable microphone for audience participation
• Up to 4 x  additional microphones ( 2x Handled, 2 x Wearable)  can be booked in advance for events: Minimum 2 weeks notices required
• Hard of Hearing MobileConnect Assistance system: Download Sennheiser Mobile Connect App to your Andriod/IOS device
• Height adjustable lectern (motorised)

PC Button will select the lectern PC

Visualiser selects the document camera mounted on the lectern and presents a series of controls.

Cast will provide access to the AirMedia and Solstice POD if installed; instruction will appear on the monitor.

USB-C allows connection of Laptops and access to the in-room cameras and Mics for Panopto and Teams etc.

Camera Control allows selection of fixed or tracking camera.

Mic Mute Mutes all Mics (will not record into panopto)

Catch box Mute Mutes only the 'Catch Box" Mic

Display Mute Blanks main screen and any other repeater screens other than lectern monitor for privacy.

IMPORTANT: a microphone must be removed from the charging dock or no audio will be sent to Panopto. At the end of the session put microphones back in dock and make sure they click in place so that the charging light comes on.
