Room View when the partition to CB410 is open:

Facilities in this room are: 

• Lectern PC with single touch screen monitor (if you have a stylus it can be used on the lectern monitor but not on the main screen, it would cause damage ) 
• USB-C Input for laptop or other device, also allows charging of device ( up to 100W)

• Tracking camera for lecture capture and Teams/Conference calls
• Room Link to CB410 - there are 3 x repeater Screens on trolleys
• Wireless microphones for lecture capture and Teams/Conference calls ( 1 x hand-held & 1 x Wearable Microphone)  IMPORTANT: a microphone must be removed from the charging dock or no audio will be sent to Panopto. At the end of the session put microphones back in dock and make sure they click in place so that the charging light comes on
• Voice Reinforcement: the microphones provides voicelift  to CB410:  NB thi microphones only come through the speakers when room link is setup on the control panel.  If the link is not set, shut the system down on the control panel, then the cog wheel will appear, this allows you to select the room link option
• Hard of Hearing MobileConnect Assistance system: Download Sennheiser Mobile Connect App to your Andriod/IOS device
• Height adjustable lectern (motorised)

Audio Visual Instructions:

PC Button will select the lectern PC

Cast will provide access to the AirMedia - connect the USB-C dongle to your laptop. The room camera and microphones will be sent to your device

USB-C allows connection of Laptops, charging (up to 100W) and access to the in-room cameras and microphones for Panopto and Teams etc.

Camera Control allows selection of fixed or tracking camera.

Display Mute Blanks main screen and any other repeater screens other than lectern monitor for privacy.

Room Link:  When the partition between CB411 and CB410 is open, press the cog wheel on the control panel to set up the room link. The cog wheel only appears when the system is shutdown ( you  will need the pin number to enable it) Once set up the lectern image will appear on the 3 x repeater screens in CB410 and it will also enable the voicelift
