If your password is not working
The majority of university systems can be access through a web browser and don't require a VPN connection. Information on how to access these systems can be found here.
Some examples of when a VPN connection is required are listed below.
Use AppsAnywhere
To access the AppsAnywhere system off campus, a university provided laptop is required.
Once its been confirmed by IT Services that VPN has been enabled for you, you can use Cisco AnyConnect to establish a VPN connection.

Specialist software
If the required software cannot be installed on a university laptop, or if it requires access to a licence server, you can use VPN to connect to your university desktop PC.
